You don’t need to be flexible or strong to start practicing yoga. The more you practice, the more improvement you will notice with each session. We offer beginner classes. (schedule coming soon).
Our classes range from 60 to 90 minute classes. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes to sign in and get set up.
Try not to eat at least 3 hours prior to class.
Yoga addresses the suffering of the human condition, not just the body. Ideally yoga should be applied in all facets of life. If you’re asking, can everyone do postures, which is what most people think yoga is, the answer is yes.
The gesture Namaste represents the belief that there is a Divine spark within each of us that is located in the heart chakra. The gesture is an acknowledgment of the soul in one by the soul in another.
